Before making any fixes, I feel that the information is laid out in a easy to understand way. However, I feel it could benefit from some clarity, as it only gets weather data from Troy, rather than wherever the user is located. Also, it is pretty bare bones in terms of features, it only really does the minimum of fetching weather and holiday data.

Fixes made to lab 4: 

Useful 
- added text specifying the weather was for Troy NY

Usable 
- changed time and date to be based on eastern time instead of UTC (if checking in the evening, the box for current weather displays tomorrow's date as it is that date according to UTC)

Accessible 
- Made blues used in current weather and forecast contrast a bit more, at the request of my colorblind friend (he is not blue-blue colorblind, he just felt the need to mention it for some reason)
